Rosemary Shrager supporting Malton
Grand dame and culinary doyenne Rosemary Shrager, star of Ladette to Lady, is returning to support this year’s Food Lovers Festival. Rosemary returns to the Malton having delighted the crowds last year with some amazing demonstrations and her undeniable charm and wit.
Rosemary is a talented and versatile chef, who loves talking about food as much as she loves cooking. She is a natural extrovert and communicator, whose professional career includes a period working for Pierre Koffman - at the internationally famous Tante Claire restaurant in London and also a period working for Jean-Christophe Novelli. She has written three excellent books and also runs her own cooking school.
As a patron she is keen to promote all the superb produce surrounding Malton and the town itself as one of Yorkshire’s top destinations for food lovers. Keep an eye out for her cookery demo timings which will be updated soon.
I am delighted to return to Malton again this year and support this amazing festival which truly puts Malton and Yorkshire on the map for the home of good food.
