Andrew, chef and proprietor of the renowned Star Inn has been a constant supporter of the Festival since our very first year. As well as starring in the BBC’s Great British Menu, Andrew is the author of two acclaimed cookbooks: Black Pudding and Foie Gras as well as his most recent effort, Loose Birds and Game.

As a patron Andrew is keen to promote all the superb produce surrounding Malton and the town itself as one of Yorkshire’s top destinations for food lovers. Andrew will be on stage in the cookery theatre and will be signing books in the interview tent, his demo timings will be announced in due course.

The Food Festival is fantastic news for Malton because it has some top quality food shops and eateries and it’s a great opportunity to celebrate them and show what the town has to offer
