Food writer and broadcaster Tom Parker Bowles makes a welcome return on Sunday 19th May. Tom wowed the crowds at last year's Festival with dishes that included Yorkshire chillies, and his return to Malton will include some unique recipes.
Tom, who has recently appeared on ITV's 'Food Glorious Food', said: 'I really do think that what is going on in Malton is very special. The quality of the produce ... puts Malton on par with the best in the country. It is a total joy to be part of it and I can't wait to be in Malton again!'

Tom writes a weekly column for the Mail on Sunday and of his three published books, his third title, Full English: A Jouney Through the British and Their Food, won the Guild of Food Writers 2010 award for Best Work on British Food.
