A Festival Feast to beat them all. Antonio cooks and hosts the dinner of a lifetime!
On Saturday 18th the Festival action will go into the evening with a wonderful dinner cooked by Patron Antonio Carluccio. The Charity Gala dinner will be a Tuscan themed menu of several courses and will be cooked as well as hosted by the great man himself. The meal will be beautifully accompanied by Chilean wines from Montes Wines. The dinner will take place in the Milton Rooms, in Malton's Market Place, and is sure to be a highlight of the Festival.

Antonio will be cooking and hosting dinner and will talk guests through each course with his usual wit and fun. Expect to eat some of the best Italian food this side of the Alps as Antonio cooks up a special Tuscan menu designed specially for Malton Food Festival. Expect to hear a lot about the food too and a few of Antonio's best dirty jokes too of course...
Guests are invited to arrive at 7pm and dinner will start at 7.30pm. Tickets can be purchased shortly and will be strictly limited, so get them while you can! £50.00 each

Tartlet of Fegattini di Pollo
(Pate of chicken liver with sage and Vin Santo)
Blini topped with olive, garlic and parmesan tapenade
Bruschetta with tomato and basil, white truffle shavings

Griddled local asparagus with a pecarino al tartufo cream

Cacciucco - Tuscan fish stew using locally caught fish
V Wild mushroom risotto with pecorino cheese
