Passionate North Yorkshire smallholders James and Lucy Haxton have opened their home as a luxury bed and breakfast. The couple took over Yorkshire Meats and the innovative Adopt-a-pig Scheme in May 2010 and are branching out in to the world of tourism and hospitality.
