Festival Sausages
Three of Malton and Norton’s traditional butchers are each creating their own gourmet sausage in honour of the approaching Malton Food Lovers Festival weekend on 21-22 May, they are:
Mr. Derek Fox’s Sausage (Pork, Coriander, Marjoram and Sage)
Mr. Overton’s Festival Sausage (Traditional Pork)
Fletcher’s Festival Sausage (Pork, Sage and Red Onion)
The mouth watering bangers will only be available from the participating butchers’ shops before the Food Festival but will be a sizzling addition to the range of Street Food on offer throughout the Festival weekend, outside the Milton Rooms. Each shop will also have supplies of their own sausage to buy and try ahead of the Festival.
