We are delighted to announce that the 2012 festival president will be the glamourous Selina Scott, famous journalist, presenter and general advocate of Malton. Selina has supported Malton since growing up here as a child, in fact her mother used to have a shop in the shambles. With an appearance at the regular indoor food lovers market and at other events in town we are really proud that she will be our very first festival president too, ‘Viva Selina!’
